We experienced a period of increased failure rate to our /import API from approximately 3:03pm - 04:16pm. During this time ID merge events sent to the /import API ($identify, $create_alias, $merge) were most heavily effected with other events being effected for only a small period ~4:15-4:16PM. All requests are safe to retry as of 4:16pm PDT.
