Update - Correction, ingestion traffic to our /track endpoint is being temporarily delayed. No event data to /track is being lost and all events ingested will appear in projects after the queues are drained. Event traffic to the /import API will be experiencing errors.

Scheduled - Mixpanel will perform a database upgrade on Sunday, October 13th between 10am and 11am Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7). There will be a very brief period where the Mixpanel webapp will not be accessible and ingestion will be delayed. We will post progress updates on our status page. Ingestion delay affecting EU projects only for /import endpoint
Resolved - The issue is considered resolved as all the queues with delayed events caught up. All delayed events during the incident should appear in EU projects now and now new events imported are ingested as usual.

Identified - Our Engineering team has deployed a fix to drain the queue of delayed events. We will provide an update once the queues are drained. No event data is being lost and all events ingested will appear in projects after the queues are drained.
