Degraded Track and Engage API performance impacting US projects
Resolved - Mixpanel experienced degraded /track and /engage API performance between 9pm to 10pm Pacific Time. This caused an increase in failures and latency to receive successful response for events tracked and profile updates sent to Mixpanel. This affected only US projects. The engineering team has released a fix for the issue. There also may have been some data loss if you do not have retry logic for your event tracking and profile updates.
