We've identified an issue with our identity management system resulting in potentially elevated unique user counts for customers on our ID Merge system. This issue was active for all customer projects using our EU datastore from 9/13/22 10am and 9/20/22 4:00pm (PST). For projects in our US datastore the issue was active on 9/20/22 from 1pm and 4:00pm (PST).
