Between 12 PM PDT and 12:15 PM PDT our Track API experienced higher than normal error rates and latency due to an infrastructure issue. Our mobile libraries automatically retry API calls but web traffic (as well as other libraries without retry mechanisms) can be affected. A fix was implemented and this incident has been resolved.
